As the Online Reputation Management Lead, your main responsibility will be overseeing the development and execution of strategies to protect and enhance the online reputations of clients. This role necessitates a deep understanding of reputation management practices, social media analytics, and proficiency in using Sprinklr to monitor and manage brand sentiment.
