Lead User Interface Designer

As a seasoned Lead UI Designer at our company, you will be responsible for leading the UI design process for web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive, engaging, and human-centric digital experiences. Working closely with UX designers, developers, and product owners, you will translate user journeys and wireframes into visually appealing interfaces and create high-fidelity UI mockups and prototypes. You will play a key role in maintaining design consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints, collaborating with UX designers to craft seamless experiences, and working with developers to ensure accurate design implementation. Additionally, you will mentor junior UI designers, stay updated with design trends and technologies, and contribute to pitch decks and internal innovation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the UI design process from concept to delivery for web and mobile platforms - Translate user journeys and wireframes into visually appealing interfaces - Create high-fidelity UI mockups, prototypes, and component libraries - Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all touchpoints - Collaborate with UX designers to craft seamless experiences - Work with developers to ensure accurate design implementation - Mentor junior UI designers and conduct design reviews - Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies - Contribute to pitch decks, internal innovation initiatives, and POCs - Own design documentation and ensure pixel-perfect outputs Must-Have Skills: - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop - Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design - Experience designing for both mobile and desktop platforms - Familiarity with design systems, atomic design methodology, and UI kits - Ability to balance creativity with functionality and scalability - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and team collaboration skills Good-to-Have: - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end collaboration tools like Zeplin, Storybook - Experience in motion/interaction design using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle - Exposure to accessibility and inclusive design principles - Experience in BFSI, e-commerce, SaaS, or enterprise products is a plus - Experience working in agile or sprint-based project environments Educational Background: Bachelors Degree in Design, Fine Arts, Communication, HCI, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory with the right portfolio) Why Join Us - Work on cutting-edge platforms and global brands - Collaborative culture with room for experimentation and ownership - Exposure to diverse projectsfrom enterprise intranets to consumer apps - Be part of a growing team shaping the digital future,
