As a Central Order Processing Executive/Sr. Executive at mCaffeine, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing end-to-end order processing for the personal care product line. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure the smooth handling of customer orders, contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of the process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and validate incoming orders to ensure completeness and accuracy. - Manage Order Fulfillment and Order processing, accurately entering order details into the processing system or Excel. - Monitor and track orders from entry to delivery, collaborating with internal teams for timely processing and dispatch. - Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries via email and phone. - Investigate and resolve order-related issues or quality discrepancies promptly. - Generate and share performance reports regarding order processing with relevant stakeholders. - Continuously identify process gaps and drive improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. **Required Qualifications:** - 3+ years of experience in Order Processing, Fulfillment, and Delivery Management, with Marketplace experience being mandatory. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. - Familiarity with inventory/order tracking systems, with experience in Quick Commerce platforms being essential. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
