Job Overview:

Central Order Processing Executive/Sr. Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate incoming orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Accurately enter order details into the processing system or Excel.
• Monitor and track orders throughout the entire fulfillment cycle—from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely processing and dispatch.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
• Investigate and resolve order-related issues or quality discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes).
• Generate and share performance reports related to order processing with relevant stakeholders.
• Continuously identify process gaps and drive improvements for greater efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Excel

  and other

  MS Office

  applications.
• Familiarity with inventory/order tracking systems; experience in

  Quick Commerce

  platforms is essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
