Job Description

Processing of product and spare parts orders
Providing customer care when customers expedite order
Liaise with factory logistic personnel to ensure effective delivery date.
Creating and updating customer delivery information and requirements
Inputting and maintaining all customer and product records
Reviewing and actioning order flows, in line with existing stock levels
Ensuring compliance with agreed customer service levels
Claims process work: Opening the notification and co-operating with factory.
Invoicing: Creating invoices and payment plans and monitoring overdue invoices to ensure timely invoicing and receivables.
SAP training: Training of new global SAP user in sales and support internal customers.
Following orders and providing information to stakeholders.
Handling bank guarantees
Coordination with Factories and documentation
Handling letter of credits
Delivery time monitoring and reporting, editing of electronic reporting, correspondence with customers, change management.
Independent handling of tasks on time and correctly.
Checking availability and lead time of products.
Creating/maintaining SAP customer register
Take responsibility for all matters relating to Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental issues, systems and procedures and ensure compliance and conformance with corporate directives and local legislation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor s or master s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or a related field
Experience:>5 years experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Self-motivating and proactive
Good telephone manner
Team player
Basic PC skills - Excel & Word
Data input to main frame computer knowledge - SAP
