Order Management Specialist (APAC Shift)

As an Order Management Specialist at our company, your role involves ensuring that all orders, credits, and cancellations are in compliance with Salesforce.com policies. You will work collaboratively in a team environment, requiring self-motivation and keen attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate orders to ensure adherence to Salesforce.com policies. - Process documents in Salesforce, send signed copies to customers, and manage document flow from intake to storage. - Process credit memos by reviewing requests and ensuring policy compliance. - Collaborate with finance and sales teams for accurate and timely credit memo processing. - Review cancellation requests for completeness and accuracy. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues. - Communicate discrepancies to relevant teams and escalate complex issues for resolution. - Work closely with various departments within Salesforce.com for order management. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Strong research and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong organizational and follow-through skills. - Excellent time management skills. - Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines. - Maintain a calm and positive attitude in stressful situations. - Flexibility with work hours. - Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced setting. - Proficiency in Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems is advantageous. - Proficiency in Workday or similar ERP systems is advantageous.
