WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR MNC CLIENT COMPANY FOR THE ROLE OF "ORDER MANAGEMENT -CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE" WHICH WILL BE ON 1 YEAR RENEWABLE CONTRACT ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL @ AIROLI LOCATION. ONLY INTERESTED CANDIDATES HAVING RELEVANT EXPERIENCE INTO CSR SHOULD APPLY AND SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK ON 3RD PARTY PAYROLL. Working days: 5 days ( Mon to Friday) Working time: Rotation shift / 3 time zones 8:00 AM to 4.30 PM / 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM/ 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM Hybrid working 3 days work from Office 2 days work from Home. Acts as the interface between customers and the business value chain partners to deliver exceptional service to our customers and drive profitability . Provides solutions to the customer while managing operational needs and collaborating closely with functional partners (Manufacturing, Marketing & Sales, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet company objectives. Responsibilities / Duties: Executes the order entry process and manages the order fulfilment process for a given business or group of businesses and customers, which are typically priority and foundational customers with a high degree of complexity. Maintains a thorough knowledge of the businesses products, businesses, applications, and service offerings. SAP Knowledge is required Strengthens customer intimacy by developing solid relationships, understanding customer needs and gathering market intelligence. Coordinates activity at assigned customer accounts, proactively address issues and implement solutions. Maintains service levels according to business prioritization. Differentiates between customer requirements and capabilities; choose the best/cost effective solution. Supports commercial strategies with customers across multiple businesses.
