Job Description

Role Overview: - Follow the sourcing strategy - Organize the process of Request for Proposal RFP as per guidelines - Help identify potential providers - Possess basic knowledge of the Stakeholder community within the work perimeter - Manage relationships with tactic providers - Participate in analyzing supplier performances - Maintain contact with clients suppliers on specific contract procurement matters - Support the delivery of Procurement services into the Business - Understand the P2P process and supplier costs across business - Have basic knowledge about cross-functional work - Build knowledge experience in a number of domains of expertise General Responsibilities & Accountabilities: - Provide services according to the scope assigned by the Category to meet specific KPIs - Support Sourcing Specialists in driving small spend RFx - Execute sourcing strategies to obtain quotations to meet internal Stakeholders requirements - Ensure correlation between contract, quotes, and Purchase Requisition during the validation process - Be responsive to local Stakeholders in solving day-to-day sourcing activities - Cooperate with senior professionals on requests coming from Stakeholders - Be accountable for process compliance within the work perimeter - Contribute to global strategy compliance - Contribute with local input to global categories strategies - Contribute to Category sourcing strategy including forecasting, identification, delivery, and reporting of savings - Contribute to the supplier maintenance process - Act in accordance with overall procurement policies and processes Qualifications Required: - No specific qualifications mentioned in the provided Job Description,
