Job Description

As an Order Management professional at our organization, you will play a critical role in handling the Quote and Order process for various products, such as Spare Parts, Services, and Molding. Your responsibilities will include tracking delivery dates of sales orders, recording and evaluating key figures in ERP/CRM systems, and managing bank securities. Moreover, you will be responsible for maintaining master data, including material master, customer master, and digital filing. To excel in this role, you must possess strong analytical and research skills. You will be expected to leverage your superior communication and problem-solving abilities to make informed decisions for senior management, thereby driving optimized decision-making processes. Your commitment to delivering exceptional client service, even in a fast-paced environment, will be crucial. Additionally, your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team will be essential to meet and exceed our goals effectively. The minimum qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. You should be prepared to embrace new challenges, work under pressure, and demonstrate flexibility in your working hours. While prior experience in Supply Chain Management is preferred, a background in Aerospace and Manufacturing would be advantageous. Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, Oracle Fusion, or SAP will be a plus. Ideally, you should have experience in heavy manufacturing or industrial engineering and be comfortable working with minimal supervision in a cross-cultural environment.
