Oracle Technical Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Senior Technical Consultant at ValueVerse Consulting, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, bringing your expertise in Fast Formulas, OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and more to deliver innovative solutions in the Oracle Fusion HCM space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead or participate in Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementations, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts. - Develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements. - Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality. - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions. - Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance. **Ideal Candidate:** - 3-5 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM technical modules. - Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on Technical deliverables. - Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas. - Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently. - Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions. - Willingness to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
