Role Overview: As a HCM Technical Consultant at Oracle, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty. You will work independently in Oracle Cloud Technologies, ensuring alignment with Oracle methodologies and practices. Your role involves implementing Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications on moderately complex customer engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Work independently as a versatile Technical Consultant in Oracle Cloud Technologies - Provide quality work products to a project team or customer in alignment with Oracle methodologies and practices - Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications - Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements Qualifications Required: - Career Level: IC3 - Comprehensive experience in analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business systems involving Oracle HRMS Applications R12 - Proficiency in XML/RDF Reports and PL/SQL interface into HRMS System - Programming experience in creating Procedures, Functions, Packages, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL - Capacity to work as an Individual Contributor - Hands-On experience is a critical requirement - Superb communication skills (written & verbal) - Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with all collaborators - Ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner - Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive - Good teammate with good analytical skills Additional Company Details: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, utilizing tomorrow's technology to address today's challenges.
