Job Description

Job Title:

Location: PAN India (Remote)

Duration: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Cloud HCM Technical Consultant with a strong background in EBS HRMS , and current experience in Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Migrate and integrate data from EBS HRMS to Cloud HCM.
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Provide training and support to end-users.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience with EBS HRMS.
Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data migration and integration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong technical documentation skills.
