Oracle HRMS Technical Consultant

Role Overview: As an HCM Technical Consultant at Oracle, you will be responsible for delivering top-class support and inspiring customer loyalty whether onsite or through cloud services. Your role will involve working independently in Oracle Cloud Technologies within a fast-paced environment, aligning with Oracle methodologies and practices. You will operate at an intermediate consulting position with some assistance and mentorship, delivering quality work products that meet customer specifications. Your responsibilities will include implementing Oracle products and technology to provide functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive experience in analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business systems involving Oracle HRMS Applications R12. - Proficiency in XML/RDF Reports and PL/SQL interface into HRMS System. - Programming skills in creating Procedures, Functions, Packages, and other database objects using SQL and PL/SQL. - Ability to work as an Individual Contributor and demonstrate hands-on experience. - Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with collaborators. - Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to clearly articulate ideas and solutions concisely. - Self-motivated with high energy and drive, willing to learn and contribute as a good teammate with strong analytical skills.
