Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Oracle HCM Techno Functional professional with 7 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM functionality, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, and Goal Management Modules.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions for clients.
Provide technical support and training on Oracle HCM modules.
Develop and maintain BI reports using OTBI reporting tools.
Perform data migrations and HCM extracts as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM applications.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM functionality, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Performance, and Goal Management Modules.
Experience with BI reporting tools, such as OTBI reporting.
Familiarity with data migration and HCM extract processes.
Proficiency in SQL and database management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Notice period: 0-60 days.
Education: BE Btech ME Mtech, MCA.
Location: Bangalore.
