Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement system enhancements to improve HR operations.Develop, test, and deploy system modifications, reports, and integrations as per business needs.Ensure compliance with Oracle HCM best practices, security roles, and HR policies.Support data migration, integrations (HDL, PBL, Web Services), and quarterly updates.Troubleshoot and debug issues using SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, and Fusion Cloud tools.Customize and extend applications using OAF, Visual Builder, ADF, and OIC.Engage in pre-sales activities and prepare technical proposals.
