Job Description

Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in implementing and supporting Oracle Payroll modules.
The role requires deep functional knowledge and the ability to work on end-to-end payroll implementations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

Work on full-cycle Oracle HCM Payroll implementations, covering requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Configure payroll elements, fast formulas, balances, calculation cards, and payroll flows
Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Payroll functionalities
Perform payroll testing including parallel runs, UAT, SIT, and regression testing
Resolve payroll-related issues and support ongoing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll integration with other HCM modules
Provide documentation, user training, and functional support throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure timely delivery of payroll activities within project timelines (030 days joining preferred)

Qualifications

58 years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll
Must have completed 23 end-to-end Oracle Payroll implementations
Strong understanding of statutory compliance, payroll processes, and legislative rules
Experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Payroll Flows, and HDL is preferred
Ability to work from Bangalore location
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
