Job Overview:

Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support
Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations
for US, UK, and/or Canada.

Gather business requirements, perform
fit-gap analysis
, and execute
system configurations
.

Configure
payroll elements, element eligibilities, and payroll skip rules
.

Develop
HSDL-based Spreadsheet Loaders
to streamline data management.

Create
test scripts, run books, and user guides
to support payroll operations.

Troubleshoot
payroll processing issues
and provide
year-end payroll support
.

Utilize
OBTI
to create analysis reports of
simple to medium complexity
.

Train and support
super users
on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll functionality.

Ensure compliance with
taxation and payroll configuration rules
for the US, UK, or Canada (preferably more than one).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for
payroll integration, validation, and optimization
.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with ADP Celergo
integrations for
global payroll processing
.

Proficiency in creating Fast Formulas
of
low to medium complexity
.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Excellent communication skills to work effectively with business users and stakeholders.
