Job Description

Responsibilities: Provide dedicated HRIS support for India HR/Payroll related operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and alignment with local compliance requirements
Collaborate with India HR/Payroll teams to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements
Partner with HRIS team to design scalable and compliant Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Participate in configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements
Support change management and training efforts during rollout phases
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Oracle HCM Cloud to enhance existing solutions
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment
Conduct training sessions and workshops as needed for end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle HCM features
Work closely with the integration team to build/maintain the integrations as needed
Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud and having multiple project implementation / Support experience in Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Compensation and Performance modules
7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud along with leading the development teams in delivering the solutions as needed
Strong understanding of India HR processes, statutory requirements, and payroll compliance.
