Oracle HCM Package Consultant

As an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant at Gallagher, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with the HRIS team to design scalable and compliant Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include participating in configuration, testing, and deployment of new features and enhancements, supporting change management and training efforts during rollout phases, staying updated on the latest features and updates in Oracle HCM Cloud, conducting thorough testing to identify and resolve issues before deployment, conducting training sessions and workshops for end-users, and working closely with the integration team to build and maintain integrations as needed. Qualifications required for this role: - 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud along with leading development teams in delivering solutions - Strong experience in handling key concepts such as Fast formulas, Eligibility Profiles, HDL, HSDL, and HCM Extracts - Hands-on configuration experience with technical and functional setup - Experience in developing reports using BI Publisher & OTBI - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business concepts and convert them into technical solutions - Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant / AI tools is a plus - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience Desired Work Characteristics: - 10+ years of related experience in HCM Applications - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical matters to all levels of leadership - Excellent project management skills with a detailed understanding of SDLC methodologies - Strong quantitative and analytical skills In addition, Gallagher values inclusion and diversity as a core part of its business.
