Job Description


We are seeking a

Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant

with experience in

client-facing roles

and working with

multiple stakeholders, including HR teams

. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

requirement gathering, end-to-end payroll configuration, functional design, and testing

within cloud-based payroll solutions.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with

    HR and business teams

    to gather and map requirements with the

    cloud payroll product

    .

  • Configure and implement

    end-to-end payroll module

    within the cloud solution.

  • Create

    functional design documentation

    and conduct

    functional testing, including integration testing

    .

  • Support

    user acceptance testing (UAT)

    and provide

    post-go-live support

    .

  • Work within an

    onsite-offshore model

    , ensuring smooth collaboration and implementation.

  • Provide clear and concise

    status reporting

    to the

    project management team

    .


  • Professional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in

    client-facing roles

    and working with

    multiple stakeholders/business teams (HR, Finance, IT, etc.)

    .

  • Strong expertise in

    cloud-based payroll systems

    with proven

    end-to-end configuration experience

    .

  • Ability to conduct

    requirement analysis, functional documentation, and integration testing

    .

  • Experience in

    UAT support and post-go-live activities

    .

  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication skills

    .

  • Strong

    interpersonal skills

    and ability to work in a

    collaborative, transparent environment

    .

  • Self-sufficient, independent, and proactive

    in project execution with minimal supervision.

  • A true

    team player

    , ensuring seamless coordination between different teams and stakeholders.
