Key Responsibilities

End-to-end implementation and support of
Oracle HCM Fusion modules
Work closely with client teams onsite in Noida and offshore to ensure smooth delivery
Configure and manage
Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Learning & LMS
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide functional solutions
Ensure compliance with Indian HR/payroll processes while aligning with global standards

Required Skills & Experience

3 to 16+ years
of experience in
Oracle HCM Fusion implementation
Strong expertise in
Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, LMS
Hands-on experience in
Payroll, Time & Labor, and Benefits
modules
Prior experience implementing HCM solutions for
Indian companies
is a must
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Work Mode

Onsite (Noida)
preferred for key roles
