Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Sales

    • Drive sales of Oracle HCM, Testing Modules, and related Oracle Cloud solutions in India, Dubai, and wider Middle East markets.
    • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with enterprise clients.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Partnership & Investment

    • Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies.
    • Explore opportunities to contribute as an investing partner, aligning personal growth with organizational success.
  • Market Expansion

    • Leverage existing networks in the Middle East to accelerate market penetration.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and Oracle partner forums.
  • Account Management

    • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
    • Manage renewals, expansions, and upselling opportunities.
  • Experience

    : Minimum 10 years in technology sales, with at least 5 years focused on Oracle solutions (HCM, ERP, Testing Modules, or Cloud Applications).
  • Track Record

    : Demonstrated success in closing large enterprise deals in the Middle East.
  • Network

    : Established relationships with Oracle customers, partners, and stakeholders in India/Dubai.
  • Skills

    : Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and communication abilities.
  • Mindset

    : Entrepreneurial, with openness to investment and partnership opportunities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Prior experience working with Oracle or Oracle partner organizations.
  • Exposure to multi-country sales across GCC and South Asia.
  • Ability to operate independently while collaborating with global teams.
  • Willingness to commit part-time or full-time for at least 6 months.
