Job Description

As an experienced professional with 4-12 years of expertise, your primary role will involve leading the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules to enhance HR processes and systems (Redwood). You will provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and resolving complex issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM modules, delivering training sessions for HR staff, monitoring system performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting the development of HR analytics, and facilitating communication between technical teams and HR stakeholders. Additionally, you will be involved in evaluating and selecting new HR technologies, providing ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, and driving initiatives to enhance employee experience through improved HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Provide expert guidance on best practices and improve system efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR systems with organizational goals - Analyze and resolve complex issues to maintain system integrity - Develop and deliver training sessions for HR staff - Monitor system performance and implement enhancements - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations - Support the development of HR analytics and reporting capabilities - Facilitate communication between technical teams and HR stakeholders - Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HR technologies - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle Cloud HCM modules - Drive initiatives to enhance employee experience through improved HR systems Qualifications: - Experience in Financial Risk Management and Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex HR system issues - Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams - Proven track record of successful Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and optimizations - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders Certifications Required: - Oracle Cloud HCM Certification - Additional certifications in Financial Risk Management are a plus.,
