6 to 8 years years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with Core HR, Oracle HCM Functional with Core HR Compensation, Absence Management, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition
Strong functional knowledge of HCM processes such as employee lifecycle management, job/position management, grade/grade ladder, security profiles, etc.
Knowledge on HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and OTBI.
Strong understanding of business processes in HR, recruitment, and talent management domains.
Experience in global rollouts and understanding of localization features.
