Summary:As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with teams to ensure application development aligns with business needs and standards.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Act as an SME, collaborate, and lead teams.- Make key decisions and engage with multiple teams.- Provide solutions across teams.- Design, develop, and implement application modules.- Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure application performance.- Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation.
Professional & Technical Skills:- Must-Have Skills:Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.Implementation and configuration experience.Understanding of Payroll functionalities & modules.Knowledge of integration with other systems.Custom reports & interface development.
- Good-To-Have Skills:Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Benefits.Fast Formula development.Security & role-based access control.
Additional Information:-- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
