Summary:

Act as an SME, collaborate, and lead teams
Make key decisions and engage with multiple teams
Provide solutions across teams
Design, develop, and implement application modules
Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure application performance
Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation

Professional & Technical Skills:Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Implementation and configuration experience
Understanding of Payroll functionalities & modules
Knowledge of integration with other systems
Custom reports & interface development

Good-To-Have Skills:

Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR & Benefits
Fast Formula development
Security & role-based access control

Additional Information:

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
