Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead the implementation of our HRIS system. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand workflows, analyze requirements for attendance tracking, payroll, and performance management, and configure the system to automate key functionalities. Your expertise will ensure a smooth transition, enhancing efficiency and accuracy in HR operations. Key Responsibilities: Partner with stakeholders to document functional requirements and identify process optimization opportunities. Participate in system design and configuration workshops. Collaborate with data analysts and IT teams on data modeling, migration strategies, and system integration. Define reporting requirements and develop UAT test plans. Lead user training initiatives and provide post-go-live support. Monitor system utilization and manage enhancements, including KPIs and BI dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in HRIS implementations. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of Core HCM, Time & Attendance, and Payroll modules is highly desirable.
