Candidate Profile: HCM Cloud Functional Consultant

✅ Experience & Domain Knowledge

• 8–10 years of expert domain knowledge in

  Human Capital Management (HCM)

  covering the full

  hire-to-retire cycle

  .
• Participation in

  at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations

  , with

  minimum 2 involving HCM Cloud

  .

✅ Technical Expertise

• Strong working experience in

  Core HR

  and at least one additional module:

• HCM Helpdesk Functional Module

• In-depth understanding of

  HCM Cloud business processes

  and

  data flow

  .

✅ Client-Facing & Delivery Skills

• Proven experience in

  requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live

  .
• Frequent client interaction around specific work efforts and deliverables.
• Ability to

  identify, assess, and resolve complex functional issues/problems

  .

✅ Communication & Soft Skills

• Strong

  written and verbal communication skills

  .
• Personal drive, flexibility, and ability to work as a

  team player

  .
• Skilled in

  problem solving, influencing, negotiating

  , and demonstrating

• Commitment to
