Job Summary


Oracle HCM Absence and Payroll Consultants


 


Key Responsibilities


  • Implement, configure, and support

    Oracle HCM Absence and Payroll modules

    . 
  • Work closely with HR and payroll teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions. 
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies, statutory regulations, and absence management policies. 
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver resolutions promptly. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll and absence solutions with other Oracle HCM modules. 
  • Develop functional documentation, test scenarios, and provide user training. 
  • Participate in upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance. 

 


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 5–9 years

    of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on

    Absence Management and Payroll

    . 
  • Strong knowledge of

    Oracle HCM payroll processes, configurations, and statutory compliance

    . 
  • Expertise in

    Absence plans, accruals, leave rules, and integration with payroll

    . 
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support projects. 
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
