About the Role:

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Senior Functional Consultant

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, system integrators, and Oracle teams to ensure a stable, efficient, and scalable HCM environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in
design, configuration, testing, and deployment
of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Helpdesk, ODA, etc.)
Gather and analyze
business requirements
and translate them into Oracle Fusion solutions.
Prepare
functional design documents
, configuration workbooks, and user manuals.
Coordinate
data migration
activities using HDL templates.
Manage
UAT
, track issues, and ensure smooth go-live.
Provide
post-implementation support
, resolve issues within defined SLAs.
Handle
change requests, enhancements, and integrations
.
Coordinate with
Oracle Support
for service request resolution.
Provide
training
to business and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
At least one full-cycle
implementation
in Fusion HCM.
Hands-on experience in
Core HR, Absences, Time & Labor, Compensation, Benefits, or Recruiting
.
Expertise in
workflows, configurations, App Composer, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL data migration
.
Basic understanding of
REST/SOAP APIs
and
Fusion HCM schema
.
Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA in HR or relevant discipline.
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
