Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant CX (Subscription Management & Customer Experience Modules)
About the Role
We re looking for an Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant CX who can combine domain expertise and innovation to deliver impactful Oracle Cloud CX solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing customer experience, optimizing subscription management, and driving end-to-end customer lifecycle excellence. You ll be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud CX modules , ensuring seamless integration with SCM and Finance processes for global clients.

What You ll Do:
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion CX Cloud modules , specifically focusing on Subscription Management, Customer Data Management (CDM), and Customer Experience (CX) .
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into robust Oracle Cloud CX functional solutions .
- Work closely with SCM and Finance teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment across order management, billing, and customer lifecycle processes.
- Define and implement subscription-based business models and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and customer retention.
- Manage full implementation lifecycles including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support .
- Partner with technical teams to support integrations, data migration, reports, and custom enhancements .
- Stay informed about Oracle Cloud quarterly releases , identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with Opkey s test automation experts to ensure functional coverage, automate testing, and enhance delivery velocity.
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud CX implementation and support .
- Proven experience in at least 3+ full-cycle Oracle Fusion CX implementations .
- Strong functional expertise in Subscription Management, Customer Data Management (CDM), and CX modules .
- Understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycle processes , including subscription billing, renewals, customer engagement, and data governance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Oracle Cloud CX certification(s) (Subscription Management, CDM, or Customer Experience).
- Experience supporting multi-module or integrated SCM CX implementations .
- Familiarity with test automation platforms such as Opkey, Selenium, or Oracle ATS .
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud transformation programs
