Oracle ERP Expert (Fusion Cloud & EBS Migration)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an Oracle ERP Expert with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The role will drive large-scale migration from on-prem Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring end-to-end delivery across design, configuration, integration, security, and managed services. The ideal candidate will have rich expertise in Oracle ERP functional and technical domains, proven delivery in sovereign/private cloud environments, and strong knowledge of UAE/GCC compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Migration & Implementation

• Lead the end-to-end migration of on-prem Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, Procurement, HCM, EPM modules).
• Ensure compliance with UAE Sovereign Cloud (DRCC) hosting and national cybersecurity regulations.
• Deliver full project lifecycle: requirements, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
  

• Functional & Technical Expertise

• Configure and implement core ERP, HCM, Procurement, and EPM modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Payroll, Procurement, Talent Management, Planning & Budgeting, etc.).
• Define Chart of Accounts, Ledgers, Entities, IFRS compliance, consolidation models.
• Customize and extend Oracle Fusion through standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms (Joget, Ivanti, Hyperion integrations) while minimizing invasive code.
  

• Integration & Data Migration

• Design and manage complex uni/bi-directional integrations (AD, SSO, SIEM, Ivanti, GiBots, Hyperion, banking systems).
• Oversee data migration of master data, configuration, historical balances, and transactional records (2012 onwards).
• Ensure data residency within UAE, encryption, and secure transfer.
  

• Security & Compliance

• Implement role-based access control (RBAC, SoD) and identity/access governance aligned with ISO 27001, SIA, and UAE Cyber Security Council guidelines.
• Support audit readiness, DR risk assessments, and cybersecurity oversight dashboards.
  

• Managed Services & Support

• Deliver 3+ years of managed services post go-live, including system monitoring, patching, performance optimization, and L1L3 user support.
• Provide monthly SLA/KPI dashboards, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and government regulators to align ERP with organizational objectives.
• Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge transfer for administrators and business users.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 15+ years of progressive Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 full-cycle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Proven delivery of Oracle EBS to Fusion migration projects in government/defense/UAE sovereign environments.
• Deep knowledge of Finance, Procurement, HCM, and EPM modules, including Payroll (GCC-compliant).
• Strong background in data migration, integration design, and API-driven connectivity.
• Expertise in Oracle Private Cloud / DRCC deployments with redundancy and DR design.
• Hands-on knowledge of security frameworks, audit controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance standards (ISO 27001/27701, UAE Cyber Security Council, NESA).
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools (Power BI, Fusion Analytics, Hyperion).
• Strong leadership in change management, stakeholder engagement, and managed service delivery.
• Oracle certifications: Oracle ERP Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle EBS R12 Certified Expert, or equivalent.
