Web Development (Admin Panel + Portfolio Website) Build a responsive, modern Admin Panel web app with modules such as: User & Captain management Orders / bookings management Pricing configuration Tracking & status dashboards Payments, settlements, refunds overview Basic analytics & reports Build a clean, fast, SEO-friendly marketing / portfolio website to present: Product overview Features and flows Contact / lead capture Suggested stack (you can adapt): React / Next.js (or similar modern framework). 3. Mobile App Development (Customer, Captain & Admin) Build: Customer App (Android & iOS) browsing, booking/ordering, live status, payments, notifications, history etc. Captain App (Android & iOS) onboarding, trip/order handling, navigation support, earnings, incentives etc. Admin App (Android only) a miniature of the web admin panel, focused on key metrics and controls on the go. Suggested stack: React Native / Flutter or equivalent cross-platform framework for Android & iOS. Handle Play Store and App Store app build, signing, and publishing processes (or be willing to take ownership and learn). 4. Backend, APIs & Database Design and build secure REST/GraphQL APIs for all apps and portals. Implement core modules such as: Authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth, role-based access) User & Captain management Orders / bookings lifecycle Pricing & surcharge logic Basic tracking logic integration (GPS / location updates) Payments integration (e.g. Razorpay, etc.) Notifications (e.g. FCM, email, SMS via third-party APIs) Design normalized, scalable database schemas. Suggested stacks: Backend: Node.js with TypeScript (Express / NestJS) or Django / similar Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL + Redis (for caching / queues) as required. 5. DevOps, Quality & Performance Set up and manage: Server / cloud environment (e.g. DigitalOcean / AWS / similar) CI/CD pipelines for web and mobile apps Basic monitoring, logs, and error tracking Follow coding best practices: Version control with Git Code reviews (once team grows) Linting, formatting, and testing Ensure all applications are: Secure (basic OWASP hygiene) Performant on low-end devices and average networks Structured for future scale. 6. Partnership & Business Alignment Work as a core partner, not just a task executor. Participate in product discussions, roadmap planning, and prioritization. Suggest technical and UX improvements that enhance: Conversion Retention Operational efficiency Maintain high transparency on timelines, risks, and technical decisions. Required Skills & Experience: Strong experience (6+ years) across both web and mobile app development. Proven ability to build at least one full product end-to-end (web + backend + mobile preferred), either individually or as a lead. Hands-on expertise in: Frontend: React / Next.js / similar Mobile: React Native / Flutter (Android & iOS) Backend: Node.js (Express/Nest) or Django or similar modern backend framework Database: PostgreSQL / MySQL (schema design, joins, indexing, basic optimization) Git and branching workflows. Experience with API design, authentication, and integration with third-party services (payments, notifications, maps, etc.). Comfort with publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store (or strong willingness to own this end-to-end). Ability to work independently, manage your own tasks, and deliver without micro-management. Should Have: Experience with: Real-time tracking / sockets / live updates Analytics dashboards and basic data visualization Testing frameworks (unit/integration tests) NGINX / Docker / basic DevOps. Prior experience in: Startups Performance-based or equity-based roles Logistics / mobility / on-demand service platforms. Remuneration & Partnership Model: This is not a traditional salaried job. No fixed salary initially. Earnings are via: Revenue share from clients/projects generated through this product Performance-based commissions linked to milestones and product success Potential long-term partnership / equity-like benefits for consistent contributors. Once the product starts generating steady revenue and credit inflows, the model can be revised to include: A fixed monthly salary, plus Continued revenue share / incentive based on mutually agreed terms. Note: Work Mode – Onsite Presence This is not a remote-only role. You are expected to work regularly from our office to collaborate closely, review progress, and develop the product end-to-end. Occasional remote work may be considered, but the default expectation is regular in-office presence during core working hours until the product is stable in production.
