Role Overview: We are seeking an Oracle ERP Expert with extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. Integration & Data Migration Design and manage complex uni/bi-directional integrations (AD, SSO, SIEM, Ivanti, GiBots, Hyperion, banking systems). Oversee data migration of master data, configuration, historical balances, and transactional records (2012 onwards). Ensure data residency within UAE, encryption, and secure transfer. Security & Compliance Implement role-based access control (RBAC, SoD) and identity/access governance aligned with ISO 27001, SIA, and UAE Cyber Security Council guidelines. Support audit readiness, DR risk assessments, and cybersecurity oversight dashboards. Managed Services & Support Deliver 3+ years of managed services post go-live, including system monitoring, patching, performance optimization, and L1L3 user support. Provide monthly SLA/KPI dashboards, service reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and government regulators to align ERP with organizational objectives. Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge transfer for administrators and business users. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of progressive Oracle ERP experience, with at least 5 full-cycle Fusion Cloud implementations. Proven delivery of Oracle EBS to Fusion migration projects in government/defense/UAE sovereign environments. Deep knowledge of Finance, Procurement, HCM, and EPM modules, including Payroll (GCC-compliant). Strong background in data migration, integration design, and API-driven connectivity. Expertise in Oracle Private Cloud / DRCC deployments with redundancy and DR design.
