Atleast 3 Oracle EBS end-to-end implementations as FC.Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Human Resources (HR), Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Time and Labor, Compensation Workbench, and Advanced Benefits.Configure Oracle HRMS modules based on business requirements.Set up enterprise and organizational structures including Business Groups, Legal Entities, Operating Units, GRE/Tax Reporting Units, and organizational hierarchies.Configure position hierarchies, job structures, grade structures, and competency profiles.Design and implement workflow processes for approvals, notifications, and business events.Configure fast formulas for payroll, benefits, absence management, and other HR calculations.
