About the Role : We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. This remote role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations, upgrades, and reporting development. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Core HR, Compensation, and other key HCM modules, and possess both functional and technical expertise to deliver impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead or support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades. - Work across HCM modules including Core HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Payroll. - Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using BI Publisher and OTBI. - Translate business requirements and design documents into robust, scalable technical solutions. - Perform data analysis, root cause identification, and resolution of system issues. - Configure and support analytics and reporting solutions aligned with business processes. - Liaise with Oracle Support on product issues and bugs. - Collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing enhancements and production support. - Apply knowledge of relational and dimensional data modeling to BI and analytics development. - Ensure adherence to software development lifecycle, change control protocols, and best practices in project execution. Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM, including at least 2 full lifecycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. - Proven expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM technical modules, particularly in Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor. - Experience with R12 Oracle HCM modules is a plus. - Strong hands-on experience with BI Publisher and OTBI for report development. - Good understanding of Java/XML, data structures, and integration methods within HCM systems. - Familiarity with data modeling (relational and dimensional). - Experience troubleshooting and working directly with Oracle Support. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis capabilities. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
