Technical Consultant - Oracle HCM Module

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades, with a focus on Core HR and Compensation.

You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI, and providing expert support for our Oracle HCM environment.

This role requires a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- Participate in full life-cycle implementations and upgrades of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM.

- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

- Ensure seamless integration and data migration between systems.

- Develop and maintain reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.

- Translate business requirements and design into technical solutions.

- Configure and support reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

- Perform data analysis and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.

- Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems.

- Work closely with Oracle support to resolve product bugs.

- Manage production change control and ensure adherence to best practices.

- Work with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

- Review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

- Document technical specifications and configurations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle.

- Understanding of project management techniques.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion/R12 HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

- At least 2 years of experience in completing full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite.

- In-depth knowledge of Core HR and Compensation modules is essential.

- Strong proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI.

- Familiarity with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Experience in configuring and supporting reports.

- Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.

- Strong data analysis and root cause analysis skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Experience with other Oracle HCM modules (Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning).

- Oracle certifications related to HCM.

- Experience with other reporting tools.
