Sap Successfactors Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Integration Architect to Lead the AS is Assessment of Current HRISHRMS Landscape aiming to implement systems to SAP SuccessFactors The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing our current integration landscape designing and implementing effective integration strategies and ensuring seamless data migration and system integration This role demands a comprehensive understanding of ERP systems excellent problemsolving skills and a strategic vision for optimizing our integration processes
Key Responsibilities Migration Strategy Development Design and develop a robust migration strategy to transition from HCMS4HANA to SAP SuccessFactors ensuring minimal disruption to business operations Integration Landscape Assessment Evaluate the current integration landscape identify gaps and recommend enhancements to streamline the integration processes System Integration Architect and implement integration solutions that connect various systems ensuring data consistency accuracy and realtime information flow Data Migration Lead the data migration efforts including data mapping data transformation and data validation to ensure seamless transfer of data from HCMS4HANA to SAP SuccessFactors Collaboration Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts developers and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives Technical Leadership Provide technical leadership and guidance to the integration team promoting best practices and innovative solutions Testing and Validation Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate the integration and migration processes ensuring system stability and performance Documentation Create detailed documentation of integration architectures processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in integration methodologies and technologies to enhance overall system efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications
Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field A masters degree is preferred Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in integration architecture with a focus on ERP systems and data migration Technical Skills Proficiency in integration tools and technologies such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration CPI Dell Boomi MuleSoft etc ERP Knowledge Indepth knowledge of HCMS4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors systems including their architecture and data models Project Management Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time ProblemSolving Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a strategic mindset Communication Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders Leadership Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide a team of integration specialists Preferred Qualifications Certifications SAP Certified Integration Associate HCMS4HANA Certified Integration Specialist or equivalent certifications Industry Experience Experience in industryspecific integrations such as finance human resources or supply chain management Agile Methodologies Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments
