We are a leading IT services company dedicated to delivering innovative technology solutions to clients across various industries. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the implementation of business intelligence tools, including Power BI, dashboards, and SAP SuccessFactors, to help our clients and internal teams make data-driven decisions.

Position Overview:

The consultant will be responsible for overseeing the migration of data from legacy applications to cloud based SAP SuccessFactors and ensuring that the data flows into multiple downstream/ upstream systems both internal & external. This role requires a strong HCM technical background, excellent data management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross- functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the migration strategy, planning, scoping, and execution for SAP SuccessFactors deployment.
  • Analyze, map, cleanse, and validate data from legacy HR and related systems to SAP SF data structures.
  • Design, test, and implement data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Ensure smooth data flow and integration with multiple downstream/upstream systems (e.g., payroll, time, recruiting, reporting systems).
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to address data dependencies and configuration impacts.
  • Develop migration templates, documentation, audit reports, and reconciliation tools.
  • Establish quality assurance checkpoints to validate data completeness and accuracy.
  • Support go-live data cutover, migration rehearsals, and post-go-live data stabilization activities.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define data governance, retention, and security standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues during and after migration cycles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, HRIS, or a related field. Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, SAP Certified Application Associate) are a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in data migration, tool implementation, business intelligence, or HR systems, with at least 2-3 projects related to Power BI and SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and SQL.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in data governance and security best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing Power BI, dashboard dataflow, and linking BI tools with enterprise systems like SAP SF.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management modules
