This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and experience in leading technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design and development of Oracle EBS R12 solutions. Collaborate with functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Mentor and guide technical team members on best practices and standards. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development guidelines. Manage technical project timelines and deliverables. Participate in system integration and user acceptance testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 development. Proficient in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, and Workflow. Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, and HR. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Preferred Skills: Oracle Application Framework (OAF) expertise. Experience with Oracle Cloud Services. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
