• Extensive hands-on involvement in implementation and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (11i and R12).
• Strong Techno-functional understanding and hands-on experience in Financial modules(AP, AR, GL, FA and CM) technical objects development and support.
• Strong Techno-functional understanding and hands-on experience in SCM (PO, OM) and iSupplier modules technical objects development and support.
• Hands-on experience in SQL Queries, procedures, functions, packages ,triggers and Alert as per business requirement.
• Hands-on experience in Creation of value sets and registering the concurrent programs in AOL.
• Experience into performance tuning, issue analysis and depth troubleshooting aspects.
• Looking for individual performer who can support business users and act as contact to business/project teams to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner without breaching SLAs.
• Ability to manage timelines, communications and escalations.
• Suggest fixes to complex issues by doing a thorough analysis of root cause and impact of the defect.
• Coordinate with Project Team to successfully deploy code changes in both User Acceptance Testing and Production environments.
• Technical Documentation Design and suggesting recommendation for enhancement of Interfaces and Reports.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
