Job Description

6-8 years of experience
Deep hands-on experience in PL/SQL, SQL, APIs (standard & custom)
Oracle Reports, BI Publisher
Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow
OAF (Oracle Application Framework), ADF (preferred)
Strong understanding of EBS data models across:
SCM: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Shipping, Inventory, BOM, WMS
Finance: AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets
Experience in debugging interface failures using logs, tables, and SOA trace (if applicable).
Experience with file-based interfaces (CSV/XML/Flat Files), FTP/SFTP, SOAP/REST APIs
Familiarity with middleware (Oracle SOA Suite, OSB, WebLogic) for integration troubleshooting
Skilled in concurrent manager and debugging issues with concurrent programs
Strong understanding of EBS data models and transaction flows in:
Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory & WMS
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Assets
Functional awareness to interact effectively with business/functional teams
Knowledge of multi-org, localization, and multi-currency setups

Other Requirements:

Strong analytical and debugging skills, especially in RICEW support scenarios. Ability to work independently and in coordination with functional and cross-technical teams. Experience in ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for defect and incident tracking.Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) Developer or Technical Track. Prior experience in large-scale global Oracle EBS support environments. Familiarity with SOX-compliant change management processes.
