Oracle EBS Technical Consultant

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with 6-12 years of hands-on technical development experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OAF, with good functional understanding of Oracle Financial modules.

The role involves developing, customizing, supporting EBS modules, troubleshooting performance issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Oracle EBS modules including AR, AP, FA, GL, PA, and OIC integrations. Design, code, and implement technical solutions using: PL/SQL Oracle Forms / Reports BI Publisher Workflow OAF Shell Scripting Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand business requirements and convert them to technical specs.
• Perform performance tuning, debugging, and analysis of Oracle EBS applications.
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, migrations, and deployment cycles.
• Create high-quality documentation including MD050/MD070/TDD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Skills & Attributes

• Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS R12.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, OAF, Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher.
• Good understanding of Oracle Financials (AR, AP, GL, FA, PA).
• Ability to analyze, debug, and optimize code.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and independent ownership.
• Good communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
• Ability to work in both individual and team environments.
