Job Title: Oracle EBS SCM Location: PAN India Experience Range: 6-12 Years Job Details Provide solution, processes and application expertise and knowledge from requirements/design through to implementation More than 5 years’ experience as SCM Functional Consultant To conduct the solution confirmation activities and the fit/gap analysis, identify key gaps and ensure that the foot print and design meets the local requirements Ensure the integration between the Project team, Support team and the business community Maintain the design model during the program implementation, implement approved enhancements and support the rollouts Should be able to independently handle projects and enhancements Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure Excellent organizational and interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively work in a team environment Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external to Stryker Ensure design fits with current requirements and future business direction Ensure processes consistency Assist in facilitating change leadership interventions within process area Ensure timely issue identification, resolution, and appropriate escalation Participate in status review meetings and provide timely feedback to team To communicate the functional and processes requirements to the development team by developing and maintaining design/technical documents (BR100/MD50/70) Drive functional and integration testing and supporting UAT Migrations/deployments/sharing knowledge and supporting the hyper care period after go live Thanks!!
