#free post Designation: Oracle Data Base Administrator (L2) Location: Gurugram Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ BCA Roles and Responsability Installing and upgrading the Oracle server and application tools Allocating system storage and planning future storage requirements for the database system Creating primary database storage structures (tablespaces) after application developers have designed an application Working knowledge of RMAN Data guard RAC Data pump ASM Networking Oracle 11G Performance Tuning SQL Database Grid CRS management Firewall. Change/Release Management and maintenance and management of databases using Oracle Enterprise Management Grid Control. Complex database migrations. Working knowledge with offshore partners and various cultures. Knowledge of the ITIL framework. Database: grant access rights, manage authorizations. Database structure creation at the schema level and active reporting (data collection and report build). Install Database Server Security based upon Service Level. Respond to database security alerts. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
