The position of Techno Functional Support Analyst at Oracle involves providing excellent customer service support for Fusion Suite of HCM products. You will be responsible for tracking incidents, diagnosing issues, replicating problems, troubleshooting, and resolving complicated and critical cases. Your main role will be to troubleshoot and resolve highly complex techno-functional problems, with a focus on providing customer service at a technical and functional level to drive complete incident resolution. Your daily tasks will involve working directly with customers, advising on Oracle product usage, resolving critical issues, managing customer problems, and serving as a Situation Manager for sensitive cases. Key skills required for this role include high-level techno-functional expertise, knowledge of Oracle products, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer interaction skills. You will have the opportunity to work with both Cloud and On-Premise customers, with responsibilities such as knowledge sharing, formal mentoring, and creating/reviewing Knowledge Articles. Qualifications: Must Have Skills: - 10+ years of experience in implementing, supporting, or upgrading SaaS HCM suite of products, with at least 1 implementation experience on SaaS HCM Products. - Ability to read and decipher software Log and Trace files to determine problem resolution. - Conduct functional testing as per business requirements and perform data analysis. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Experience in Managed Services and Client Relationship Management. Nice to Have Skills: - 10 to 12 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM Suite. - Hands-on Configuration experience in various tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, etc. - Knowledge of Fusion Cloud architecture, FBDI, OTBI reports development, and external data integration services. - Experience in areas like XML, Java, J2EE, Oracle ADF, SOA, and Web Services. Other Requirements: - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work in rotational shifts. - Commitment to continuous learning and improvement. - Team player with the ability to manage a large team and support SLAs for customers. Education & Experience: - B.E/ B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent preferred. - Other qualifications with relevant experience will be considered.
