Job Description

Hiring: Oracle Fusion/Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Experience:

Preferred Candidate Profile

Domain Expertise:

7-10 years of strong HCM domain knowledge covering the full hire-to-retire cycle.
At least
5 end-to-end HCM implementations
, with
minimum 2 on HCM Cloud
.

Module Experience (along with Core HR):

US Payroll
OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Functional Knowledge:

Deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.

Client Engagement:

Proven track record in client-facing roles.
Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and deliver solutions effectively.

Soft Skills & Leadership:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation abilities.
Flexibility, team player mindset, and organizational awareness.
Leadership qualities: planning, mentoring, work allocation, monitoring, and reporting to Project Manager.

Problem-Solving:

Skilled in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues.
Frequent client interaction to ensure smooth delivery of work efforts.
