You will be responsible for creating efficient and effective software solutions that align with the needs of the organization and its clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing high-quality applications that enhance business processes and improve user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Develop and maintain software applications based on business requirements. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand application requirements. - Design and implement efficient and scalable software solutions. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). - Strong understanding of Oracle CC&B data model and architecture. - Experience in customizing and extending Oracle CC&B functionalities. - Hands-on experience with Oracle CC&B configuration tools and scripting languages. - Knowledge of Oracle CC&B integration with other systems. - Familiarity with Oracle CC&B best practices and industry standards. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues in Oracle CC&B. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
