Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Oracle APEX Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle APEX applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and application customization using APEX, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Development:
• Design, build, and enhance web applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX).
• Develop interactive reports, dashboards, and forms tailored to business requirements.
• Database Programming:
• Write efficient PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.
• Ensure optimal performance and tuning of SQL queries.
• Customization & Integration:
• Customize APEX themes, templates, and UI components.
• Integrate APEX applications with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Maintenance & Support:
• Troubleshoot, debug, and provide ongoing support for deployed applications.
• Work on bug fixes, enhancements, and version upgrades.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with business analysts, DBAs, and other developers.
• Gather requirements, provide estimations, and deliver on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX 19.x/21.x or higher.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience in developing APEX interactive reports, forms, charts, and dashboards.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery for APEX customization.
• Good understanding of Oracle database concepts and schema design.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to Oracle REST Data Services (ORDS).
• Knowledge of BI Publisher, Jasper Reports, or similar reporting tools.
• Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN).
• Awareness of cloud deployments (OCI, AWS, or Azure).

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
