Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Preferably looking for Female candidates - Optometrist cum Store Manager Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. Conduct eye exams and dispense glasses/contact lenses as an optometrist. Oversee optical sales team to achieve targets and provide guidance on product knowledge. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in retail sales or related field (optics preferred). B.Sc (Optometry), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree in Optometry or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
